Your Impact as an Administrative Assistant As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll contribute to seamless operations by:

• Managing Communication: Answering phones, promptly returning messages, and coordinating information requests.
• Providing Operational Support: Sorting mail, ordering supplies, and assisting with special projects.
• Streamlining Onboarding: Supporting new corporate employees by setting up communication systems.
• Exercising Leadership in Office Tasks: Demonstrating strong organizational and management skills in an office environment.
• Fostering Positive Interactions: Acting as a resource for personnel, residents, vendors, and family members.

What Makes You a Great Fit We’re seeking someone who:

• Holds a high school diploma or GED (a college degree is preferred).
• Has 2-5 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and eager to learn new software programs.
• Excels in organizational, communication, and professional skills.
• Demonstrates genuine care and interest in working with elderly and disabled individuals.
• Can meet the physical demands of the role and adhere to workplace safety standards.
