And our success allows DatesWeiser to support causes that align with our values, so we can build a more sustainable, equitable, and beautiful future for everyone.Key Responsibilities:- Formulation of colors using Akzo Noble colorants and coatings- Creation of new finishing techniques that are "production friendly"- Must be able to do ceruse, painted and weathered finishes to match samples- Produce samples to match designer's samples with short lead times- Research new finishing techniques- Must be a self starter and willing to work additional hours as required- Confirm that the correct finish is applied checking the paperwork for color and sheen and confirming that it matches the sample.- Maintain spray equipment and work with the finishing group to maintain the Finishing department in accordance to our safety standards.- Handle all hazardous materials in accordance with state and federal guidelines. This includes proper tracking of materials used. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
