UI/UX Designer - W2 (H1B/OPT) Accepted

Location: Austin, TX (Initial Remote)

Duration: Long Term

We're looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with 7+ years of experience to join our innovative team! You'll play a key role in crafting exceptional user experiences across all our digital products. From user research and information architecture to designing intuitive interfaces and high-fidelity prototypes, you'll be instrumental in bringing our vision to life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and sitemaps.
• Design user interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing and refinement.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX design into the development process.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI/UX design projects.
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of UX design principles (user research, information architecture, interaction design).
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to translate complex user needs into clear and intuitive UI solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with user testing and usability analysis (a plus).
• Experience with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) (a plus).
