My company is looking to hire a "Software Development Technical Project Manager" with extensive experience with React, Node.js, Next.js and Microsoft.net.

This Software Development Technical Project Manager will be experienced and comfortable with Rapid/Weekly Deployment of multiple projects .

We have multiple Software Projects that have to be Deployed on a Weekly Basis.

This Software Development Technical Project Manager will Specialized in Creating Customed Software Development Projects FROM SCRATCH , using React, Node.js, Next.js and/or Microsoft.net.

This Software Development Technical Project Manager DOES NOT deal in Configuring Existing Software using Oracle.

This Software Development Technical Project Manager will Specialized in Creating Customed Software Development Projects FROM SCRATCH , using React, Node.js, Next.js and Microsoft.net.

This candidate needs to be able to PIVOT or SWITCH PRIORITIES Quickly and Efficiently .

They will Lead Software Development Teams Creating Custom Software Development Projects FROM SCRATCH .

Because this candidate will be The Primary Point of Contact for Clients , this candidate needs to be Charismatic, Very Well Spoken, and Speaks Very Clearly for Everyone to Easily Understand .

This candidate is a Leader, an Influencer, an Excellent Communicator , and a Problem Solver .

Must have Extensive Experience in a Client Facing B2B Capacity.

As our Technical / IT Project Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.

Responsibilities:

The Software Development Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. Their duties include dividing up their budget for different project aspects and advocating for additional funding when necessary, hiring freelance professionals or selecting project team members from existing departments and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines.

Over the course of a project, the Software Development Technical Project Manager will Communicate on a Daily Basis with Clients and Staff , making decisions and monitoring the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. Important responsibilities for a Project Manager include:

• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements and skills:

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
