Position Title: Technical Project Manager
Timings: 4:00pm - 1:00am

Position Purpose:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. Core requirement for this role is expert fluency and communication skills as well Software development Background. He/She will be working and communicating closely with your US clientele to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in Software Industry.
- Fluency with English communication is a must & IELTS would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between U.S.-based clients and our software house, using fluent English to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Partner with sales on scoping and discovery calls for custom software projects, drawing on your coding background to produce accurate, data-driven estimates.
- Oversee performance reviews for developers and QA specialists, delivering focused feedback to both individual contributors and senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain deep industry knowledge—architectures, frameworks, and best practices—and share insights that streamline our development lifecycle and toolset.
- Forge strong relationships with UX/UI, DevOps, QA, and client-side stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays aligned on objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Define and manage project parameters—scope, resource plans, milestones, risk registers, and communication strategies—while overseeing testing, deployment, and handover phases.
- Lead cross-functional teams through each sprint and release cycle, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to our Definition of Done.
- Track deliverables and change requests in JIRA or Azure DevOps, proactively mitigating risks and escalating issues to keep projects on course.
- Drive post-launch performance reviews, coordinating with product owners and clients to capture lessons learned, optimize workflows, and plan next-phase enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field (Master’s a plus).
- 3+ years in a technical project management role—ideally within a software consultancy or product development team.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale projects on time and within budget, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Deep Agile expertise (Scrum, Kanban) and fluency in tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Strong CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and Git branching strategies (GitFlow).
- Cloud and container skills (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes) to support modern deployment pipelines.
- Exceptional English communication—both verbal and written—for client calls, status reports, and documentation.
- Stakeholder management prowess: able to align technical teams, sales leadership, and external clients around shared goals.
- Technical translation ability: you’ll bridge business requirements and engineering realities with clarity and credibility.
- Proactive risk and change management mindset, with a keen eye for identifying issues before they elevate.
- Empathetic leadership style, mentoring developers and QA engineers while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Resilience under pressure: you navigate shifting priorities with composure and keep the team focused.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
