Core Responsibilities

• Set up and operate an Accurpress press brake to bend and shape metal sheets per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to define requirements.
• Monitor production, verify dimensions with gauges, and ensure adherence to tolerances.
• Conduct routine maintenance and perform troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues.
• Collaborate with peers to optimize workflow and production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Document run data and communicate issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining/manufacturing preferred.
• Experience as a press brake operator or related metal fabrication role.
• Knowledge of metal forming processes and shop equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Effective both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards.
