Translate business needs into Salesforce functional solutions
Support Salesforce implementations across Sales/Service Cloud
Work with developers on design, testing, and deployment
Support UAT and stakeholder communication
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience with Salesforce platform
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Salesforce BA/Admin certification
Experience in government or public sector projects
