Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required

Bachelor s degree in information technology or related field

Experience working administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, permission groups,

Experience CRUD management & maintenance of user & system licenses

experience Monitoring and manaing exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC
