Position Overview:The Showing Assistant will support our lead agents by showing homes to clients, assisting with open houses, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for buyers. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and excited to learn more about real estate. Responsibilities: * Show homes to clients in a timely, professional manner * Assist with open houses, lockbox access, and property tours * Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members * Provide feedback and updates to lead agents after showings * Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism * Support clients by answering basic questions about the home-buying process (training provided) Qualifications: * Active Arizona Real Estate License * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license * Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, punctual, and dependable * Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps such as Aligned and Supra e-key What We Offer: * Training and mentorship from experienced agents * Opportunities for career growth within our team * Supportive, family-first company culture * Flexible schedule and room for work-life balance * Competitive compensation structure Compensation:Hourly pay or per-showing rate (to be discussed based on experience), with opportunities for growth into a full agent role.
