PRN Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: San Francisco, CA 94105.
Schedule: As Needed; Weekday 7:45am-5pm; Must be flexible and able to pick-up last-minute shifts.
Job Type : Per Diem. W2.
Pay Rate: $65/ hr.
Employer: A California physician-owned professional corporation (the “PC”).
Administrative Agent: VitalCheck Wellness Inc. (non-clinical support only).

Full Job Description :

VitalCheck Wellness, as administrative agent for the PC, is looking for a  Registered Nurse (RN)to work PRN in an established corporate wellness clinic in  San Francisco, CA.
The employer will be a California professional corporation owned and directed by a licensed physician. The clinic will be located onsite at the offices of a major financial institution.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full body assessments and collecting precise data from patient.
• Collect vital signs. 
• Perform/collect specimens accurately (urine, point of care testing, etc.).
• Administer vaccines.
• Collect/perform phlebotomy.

Requirements:

• Clean active RN license in California.
• Active BLS/ ACLS Certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Emergency Room/Urgent Care.
• Must have phlebotomy skills.
• Customer service-oriented, able to work independently, have great 'bedside' manner.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Proficient with computers and documenting in EMR systems.
• Ability to reliably commute to  San Francisco, CA 94105.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
