Responsibilities
- Develop overall campaign strategy and message
- Manage campaign budget and fundraising efforts
- Hire and supervise campaign staff and volunteers

- Analyze polling data and adjust strategy
- Organize campaign events and rallies
- Build coalition support and endorsements
- Ensure campaign compliance with election laws
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Political Science or related field
- 3-5 years of campaign management experience
- Proven track record on winning campaigns
- Strong strategic thinking and political instincts
- Excellent fundraising and donor relations skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Long hours and high pressure tolerance
- Knowledge of Wisconsin politics and districts
- Willing to work irregular hours through election
