Job Title: Residential Cleaner

Location: Grand Rapids

Pay: $18-20/hr

Schedule: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday

Job Description

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in residential homes while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is trustworthy, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces according to company standards
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, and sinks
• Wipe down appliances, countertops, cabinets, and fixtures
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors
• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful conduct in clients’ homes

Qualifications

• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift
• Background check may be required
