As a Night Auditor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing nightly audits of daily transactions to ensure accuracy. - Assisting guests with late check-ins, early check-outs, and any overnight inquiries. - Preparing and distributing financial reports for management review. - Monitoring the hotel’s safety and security during the night shift. - Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. - Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
We’re seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and ready to take on the unique challenges of an overnight role. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle financial data accurately. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software. - The ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude!
