🔘 A self-motivated and coachable individual.
🔘 Previous experience in sales or insurance (is a plus, but not required).
🔘 Ability to obtain an insurance license (if not already licensed).
🔘 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
🔘 Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms.
