Job Description

1. Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, 1.preferably within international freight forwarding, logistics, or a related service industry.
2. A strong "hunter" mentality with a demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and close new business.
3. Excellent understanding of international logistics processes, including Incoterms, customs documentation, and various modes of transport (air, ocean, rail, trucking).
4. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite. New Business Development: Actively prospect, identify, and qualify new sales leads within the target market (e.g., e-1. 1.commerce, manufacturing, retail) through various channels including cold calling, networking, social selling (especially LinkedIn), and industry events.

1. Client-Centric Solutions: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to analyze their supply chain challenges. Develop and propose customized logistics solutions (air/ocean freight, warehousing, fulfillment, etc.) that optimize for cost, speed, and reliability.
2. Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to negotiation, closing, and seamless onboarding of new accounts.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth.
4. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our services and identify new market opportunities.
