HVAC/Project Manager-  San Leandro , CA

Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for managing and maintaining schedule, project billings, and monitor work activity to ensure execution supports compliance with established criteria and specifications of project.
• Submitting change orders, reviewing documents, resolving any technical and constructability conflicts to enhance effectiveness of the project.

Requirements:

• Stable work history.
• Knowledge in: Autodesk, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
• 6+ years of experience in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organized, and strong problem solving skill.
