Hospice Nursing Assistant Salary: $23/hour Schedule: Monday- Friday | 3 PM- 11:30 PM Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, and surrounding area Requirements of the BSV Nursing Aide role: * Licensed Nursing Assistant in the state of practice (STNA) * CPR/ BLS Certified * Prior experience working in an AL/LTC/SNF facility or Home Health REQUIRED * Enjoy working with Senior Citizens, Positive Attitude, Professional, Responsible & Dependable * Must be willing to travel * Valid driver's License and Auto insurance Coverage with reliable transportation * Hospice experience preferred About the BSV Nursing Aide role: * Perform personal care for the patient including bathing, dressing, oral care, and repositioning * Document care provided according to the Care 360 Hospice policy. * Report any deviations from the plan of care to the case manager. * Report any changes in the patient's condition to the registered nurse case manager. * Use durable medical equipment safely * Provide respite for the patient's family/caregiver when on-site, as appropriate * Sit alongside patients during their active departure. * Foster cooperative effort among personnel by understanding the functions of other persons involved in patient care and by active participation in team and staff conferences. * Provide support to the patient's family * Perform postmortem care * Other duties as assigned Why work with Care 360 Hospice: * Medical, dental, and vision health Insurance * Paid Time Off * 401(k) Matching * Life Insurance * Growth opportunities
