💰 Pay: $50,000 – $55,000 base + aggressive commission plan

As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to bring their expertise and book of business to the table—and grow with us.
As a Healthcare Recruiter , you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with travel nurses and allied health professionals, matching them with top healthcare opportunities nationwide. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your proven network and recruiting expertise will be key to success.
Recruitment & Placement
Source, screen, and place travel nurses and allied health professionals
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Client & Candidate Relationships
Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent
Business Growth
Leverage your proven book of business to expand opportunities
Consistently meet or exceed recruitment and placement goals
Other Duties as Assigned
Support the recruiting team and contribute to overall company success
Key Competencies:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High energy, driven, and results-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with recruiting systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Suite
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in travel nursing or allied healthcare recruiting
Proven book of business required
Track record of meeting or exceeding placement and revenue goals
