Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Skilled Screen Printer who takes pride in craftsmanship and precision. You’ll operate our automatic screen-printing presses to bring high-quality, vintage-style designs to life — helping us create apparel that makes people smile and supports communities across the country.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate automatic screen-printing presses with accuracy and efficiency
• Mix inks and ensure consistent, high-quality color output
• Register screens and maintain precise alignment throughout runs
• Perform quality checks and maintain production standards
• Keep the print area clean, organized, and production-ready
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous screen-printing experience required — experience on automatic presses (M&R or similar) is a must
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining craftsmanship
