RushOrderTees is a fast-growing leader in custom apparel printing, known for high-quality work, quick turnarounds, and a dynamic team environment. We are looking for experienced Screen Printers to join our production team and help deliver the top-notch products our customers count on.
As a Screen Printer, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printing presses to produce high-quality prints on a variety of apparel and promotional products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain manual and/or automatic screen printing presses.
Perform accurate setups, registrations, and press adjustments for each job.
Mix and match inks to achieve required colors.
Inspect garments for print quality, color accuracy, and consistency.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Assist with training and mentoring less experienced press operators when needed.
Experience required : Minimum 2+ years of screen printing press operation (manual and/or automatic).
Strong knowledge of inks, mesh counts, squeegee settings, and registration techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve press/print issues quickly.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Dependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (overnight shift).
Overtime may be available during peak production periods.
Competitive pay based on experience ($17/hr-$20/hr base pay), plus shift differential ($3/hr) for overnight hours.
