Swift7 Consultants is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Event Staff to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, interacting with people, and contributing to memorable event experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Welcome and guide attendees in a professional and courteous manner
Support on-site operations to ensure events run smoothly
Coordinate with internal teams to meet event objectives
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and adherence to event standards
Represent the company with professionalism at all times
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Flexible and adaptable to varying event schedules

Competitive salary ($42,000 – $45,000)
