We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and management of corporate and client-facing events. Responsibilities
Coordinate all logistical aspects of events from planning through execution
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
Manage event timelines, schedules, and on-site operations
Ensure events align with company standards, objectives, and quality expectations
Track budgets, materials, and operational requirements
Support post-event evaluations and reporting
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
