Position Overview:

We are searching for a motivated and dependable Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team in Washington, DC. This role supports daily event operations, customer interaction, and on-site coordination. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup, breakdown, and coordination of event materials and displays.

• Provide attendees with information, guidance, and professional assistance.

• Ensure event areas remain organized, clean, and presentable throughout the day.

• Help track event materials, inventory, and supplies.

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event flow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-focused environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
