Payeload is transforming how construction materials move — from suppliers to job sites — fast, efficient, and on-demand. We’re looking for independent, professional 1099 Local Delivery Drivers to help redefine the delivery experience. If you own a Cargo Van , we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Operate vehicle to Pick up and deliver construction materials between suppliers and job sites
• Handle all loads safely, securely, and on time
• Follow optimized delivery routes and time windows through our dispatch system
• Communicate clearly with dispatch for smooth delivery handoffs
• Maintain DOT compliance and follow all safety procedures

Driver Requirements

• Must be 25 years or older
• Valid Class C Driver’s License minimum
• 2+ years of driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background check
• Physically able to manage and secure heavy materials
• Must own or lease an XL Vehicle - C argo Van- for full-time work

Pay & Schedule

• Compensation : Paid per delivery (varies based on job type, size, and location)
• Starting at $1000+/week (full time required) , based on delivery volume, performance, and communication
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, day shifts only
• No nights, no weekends, no overnight routes
• Daily or weekly payouts available
