Primary Responsibilities: * Manage daily accounting operations across multiple entities, including accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations * Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules * Prepare and post journal entries * Monitor cash flow, including timely billing of payroll and management fees * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements * Promote a positive working environment Requirements and Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required * 3+ years of progressive accounting experience * Solid understanding of accounting principles * Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel * High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities * Ability to maintain confidentiality Benefits:
