🩺 The Role

We’re seeking a passionate Clinical Health Coach (Clinical Background RD, RN, or equivalent) to join our virtual obesity care program. As the frontline communicator, you’ll engage weekly with patients, motivate them toward healthier lifestyles, and coordinate closely with our interdisciplinary team led by renowned obesity medicine expert Dr. Jamie Kane. This entry‑level role offers flexible scheduling, remote work, and professional growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving field.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct weekly virtual check‑ins to track progress and adjust care plans
• Serve as the lead communicator, answering patient inquiries with empathy and clarity
• Act as a liaison between patients and the broader care team
• Provide practical guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior modification strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and health coaches
• Document patient interactions and updates in EHR systems
• Use telehealth platforms and digital engagement tools to support remote care

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s in Health Education, Nutrition, Psychology, Public Health, or related field (preferred)
• Certification: Health Coaching certification from a recognized program (strongly preferred)
• Experience: At least 1 year as a Health Coach, Patient Navigator, or similar role (required)
• Preferred: Experience in obesity care, weight management, or chronic care management; telehealth experience
• Skills: Strong communication, motivational interviewing, and tech proficiency with EHRs and Google Workspace
• Other: Reliable internet and HIPAA‑compliant private workspace
