Your Role:

• Connect: Greet guests warmly and help them explore our menu.
• Educate: Share your favorite drinks and assist guests in customizing their orders.
• Represent: Be the face of Feng Cha, showcasing our culture of care.
• Stay Consistent: Ensure quality, speed, and service for every guest.
• Spread Positivity: Uplift your teammates and guests alike.
• Show Up: Be reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed.
• Pitch In: Assist with various tasks to support the team.

What We Offer:

• Pay: Starting around $12-15/hour including tips (may vary by location & shift).

Details:

• Schedule: 20–40 hours a week, with night and day shifts available.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to ~40 lbs.
