Tax Associate needed for Downtown client with top tier tax practice
This position will advise individual and business clients on matters related to international, federal, state, and local tax issues, corporate formation, acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, and other transactional needs. Candidates will also advise clients regarding international, federal, and state tax implications, choice of entity, federal tax audits, administrative appeals, and managing state and local taxing authorities.
