Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Easton, Connecticut is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
The chosen candidate will play a vital role in the team, actively participating in daily maintenance operations and special projects. They will gain valuable experience with the club’s advanced maintenance practices and environmental stewardship. This position offers excellent career development opportunities, with mentorship from the Director of Grounds, Vincent Taylor II, preparing the candidate for future leadership roles in golf course management.
Requirements
• 2- or 4-year degree or certificate in turfgrass management or related field.
• 1-3+ years of golf course maintenance experience
• Available to work weekends, long days when necessary, and for all major holidays
• Ability to obtain a Connecticut pesticide license within 90-days
*Compensation
$65,000 to $80,000 per year.
