Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II the AGPA will r eview, provide input, feedback, and clarifications to the Bureau of Gambling Control (BGC) Licensing System Replacement Project on assigned items. The AGPA will provide project-specific functions and deliverables as they relate to the business by collaborating with all BGC sections to identify, verify, validate, and document impacted business processes, workflows, and requirements for the business solution. The AGPA will participate as a subject matter expert (SME), collaborating with consultant and project team members, in reviewing deliverables provided by contractors (including system specifications, business/technical requirements, and workflows, functional and non-functional requirements). The AGPA may act in a lead capacity and c oordinates, collaborates, and reports on all implementation activities with project team members and stakeholders. The incumbent conducts research to determine existing system functionality business requirements to ensure consistency among processes. Identifies issues or inconsistencies and provide solutions. Collaborates with consultants and all sections to provide clarifications and assist with identifying and reviewing documented business rules, processes, work flows, and requirements to ensure approved project scope is captured accurately in related deliverables. Confirms DLE BGC IT systems, end users, and user roles that support each impacted business process. Provides continuous review of information technology technical specification documents, compare functional requirements to business rules, business process documents, and workflow diagrams and identify and document discrepancies and omissions. Validates and ensures the respective business components align with the approved BGC Licensing System Replacement Project Objectives, Scope, program strategic plan, and enterprise roadmap.
