We are looking for a Tax Accountant with Enrolled Agent (EA) credentials who is not only passionate about tax strategy and client service, but also has the drive and leadership to potentially take over the firm in the next 2–4 years.

What we’re looking for:

• EA designation (required) or CPA
• Strong experience in tax preparation, planning, and representation.
• Leadership mindset and long-term vision.
• Commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
