As an Administrative Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
  • Assist with answering phones and provide friendly customer service
  • Assist with file organization and updating employee files
  • Maintain positive client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Support scheduling coordinator with basic scheduling and call-outs
  • Assist with general office tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
A few must-haves for Administrative Assistant:
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of state and federal home care regulations
