Now Hiring: Activities Director (Part-Time)

Location: Clearfield, Utah
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, weekdays only
Position Type: Hourly (pay dependent on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and compassionate Activities Director to plan, coordinate, and lead meaningful activities that enhance the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Planning, organizing, and leading group and one-on-one activities for residents
• Developing monthly activity calendars that meet resident interests and needs
• Encouraging resident participation and promoting social engagement
• Assisting with special events, holidays, and community involvement
• Documenting participation and maintaining required activity records
• Collaborating with nursing, therapy, and administrative staff
• Ensuring activities comply with state and federal regulations
• Assisting residents with mobility and transport to activities as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to pass drug and background checks
• Clean-cut and professional appearance
• Basic computer literacy
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in activities, recreation, healthcare, or senior care preferred (but not required)
